3、fications indicated below. The section references (indicated Q) are to 4.502 i. Q 2; delete any reference to 1,544 and 6,312 kbit/s bit rates in Figure 1/Q.502 i. Q 2.1.1.1; delete any reference to 1,544 kbit/s bit rate. 0 2.1.1.2; delete any reference to 6,3 i2 kbit/s bit rate. Q 3; add at the end
