Scope1.1 This specification covers spray-formed seamless auste-nitic stainless steel pipe intended for high-t
3、emperature andgeneral corrosive service.1.2 Grades TP304H, TP309H, TP309HCb, TP310H,TP310HCb, TP316H, TP321H, TP347H, and TP348H aremodifications of Grades TP304, TP309Cb, TP309S, TP310Cb,TP310S, TP316, TP321, TP347, and TP348, and are intendedfor high-temperature service.1.3 Optional supplementary
4、requirements are provided forpipe where a greater degree of testing is desired. Thesesupplementary requirements call for additional tests to be madeand, when desired, one or more of these may be specified in theorder.1.4 Appendix X1 lists the dimensions of seamless stainlesssteel pipe as shown in AN
5、SI B36.19. Pipe having otherdimensions may be furnished provided such pipe complieswith all other requirements of this specification.1.5 The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound unitsare to be regarded separately as standard. The values stated ineach system may not be exact equivalents; th

11、es of a metallic material by deposition of a spray,consisting of droplets, solid particles, and particles that arepartially solid, onto a moving substrate.3.2.1.1 DiscussionThe spray is produced by gas atomiza-tion of the liquid metal or alloy. On impingement with thesubstrate, the species of the sp
12、ray consolidate and solidifycompletely to produce a product that is essentially free ofporosity. The metallurgical characteristics of the spray-formedproduct are controlled primarily by the thermal condition of thespray, and that of the surface of the metallic deposit formed onthe substrate.1This sp
