Each inspection batch shall be given a reference number by which the complete record of these products and of their in

7、spection can be reconstructed, - of the same heat treatment condttion, originating from the same charge or 9.1.2 9.2 Samples per batch : number, marking, preparation 9.2.1 me number of samples on which the various tests are to be carried out for each batch is defined by the tables in the various pro

8、duct standards, 9.2.2 The samples and the test pieces machined from these samples shall be carefully numbered and marked relative to the products from which they have been taken, so that their exact position in these products can be reconstructed. 9.2.3 9.2,4 Machining of these test pieces shall not

9、 alter the specific properties of the metal. The test pieces from a product of minimum specified tensile strength R the results of these tests shall be satis- factory before the batch is accepted, - otherwise the entire batch, including the incorrect products shall be sub- jected to a re-heat treatm

10、ent and further inspection as for a new batch. 9.9.2 Mechanical properties Except where the unsatisfactory result recorded is due to an irregularity known to the producer which will result in rejection af the product tested or o products of the same family, such rejection(s) being stated in the insp

11、ection report, the number of test pteces eo be tested shall. be doiibled, and half of these shall be taken from products which have given unsatisfac- tory results unless these products have been withdrawn. If all resul-ts are satisfactory, the batch shall be accepted. Tf one or several of the result

12、s are not satisfactory, the batch shall : be rejected or all products are 100% tested; products in compliance are . , accepted, products not in compliance are re-heat treated (if an appro- priate treatment exists) andre-inspected. Only satisfactory producks rom the heat treatment are accepted : no m

13、aterial or test samples shall be subjected to the full Specified heat treatment more than 3 times. NOTE : For products-supplied in coils, each coil shall be teseed and the test pieces for the re-test shall be taken rom each end of each coil. 15、edure is given in the relevant standard (EN2069-2 to EN2069-6). In general, for anyre-test, the re-test procedures specified in clause 9.9.1 and clause 9.9.2 may be applied; if they are not suitable, the re-test proce- dure to be applied shall be specified by agreement between the producer and. cust

16、omer and indicated in the test schedule or in the manufacturing schedule, 9.9.4 Dimensions, appearance, flatness This inspection is normally applied 100% and products not meeting all accep- tance requirements shall be rejected, 10 FINAL MARKING 10.1 Identification marking All products shall bear the

17、 following identification markings : - number of material standard, - producers trade mark, - batch number, - inspector Is stamp a lO,2 Marking methods The products shall be marked ordin to any s cia1 CU tom require.- ments. In the absence of these the products shall be marked by stamping at a posit

18、ion which does not interfere with their use, or by multiple marking with roller or stamp. The ink used for marking shall not be corrosive even during subsequent heat treatments, It shall be possible to remove it completely. If the cross section is too small for this individual marking the products a

19、re supplied in bundles and indelibl8.marking shall then be applied to a sufficiently strong label attachedto each bundle. I3 ACCEPTANCE Final inspection including the selectLon, preparation and testing of test pieces shall be carried out at the producers works. If the customer so requires, the date

20、proposed by the producer for undertaking these requirements shall be noti- fied to any agent responsible for acceptance, to whom the instructions concer- ning the relevant order are to be supplied, 12 INSPECTION REPORTS I The producer shall prepare an inspection report, specified by standard Eh2078

Transport packaging shall contain the following references : - nature of products and mass, - number of delivery note, - number of customers order. WORDING OF ORDERS To order products

24、 according tothis standard, the orders shall clearby indicate: - quantities to be supplied, - dates, number of material standard, as delivered condition, dimensions with reference of the dimensional standard, reference of drawing and/or test schedule, andtor manufacpuring schedule, defining the prod

25、uct in the case of special products, forwarding address nature and type of packaging if special packaging is required.
