Die Komponenten mssen ber Schnittstell

33、en innerhalb des Betriebsmanagement-systems verfgen. Die einzelnen Komponenten eines Betriebsmanagementsystems mssen nicht zwangs-lufig in einem Produkt integriert sein. Grundstzlich wird angestrebt, eine mehrfache Verwaltung und Speicherung identischer Informationen (Datenredun-danz) zu vermeiden.I

34、nnerhalb eines Unternehmens existiert eine Vielzahl an informationstechnischen Systemen mit verschie-denen Funktionen. Eine Abgrenzung hinsichtlich der vorliegenden Richtlinie ist deshalb notwendig.Folgende Funktionen werden in der Richtline nicht beschrieben: betriebswirtschaftliche Funktionen (z.

35、B. Kostenrechnung, Fakturierung) Einkaufsfunktionen (z. B. Bedarfsanforderung, Bestellung) Funktionen fr die raumbezogene Betriebsmittel-verwaltung und -dokumentation Vertriebsfunktionen Funktionen fr CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Funktionen zur Abbildung von konkreten gesetz-lichen Anforde
