Im Rahmen die-ses bereits seit mehreren Jahren aktuellen Trends wird sowohl in der Industrie als auch in der For-schung intensiv ber das Toyota-Produktionssystem, das als Grundlage der Lean Production/Lean Ma-nagement und Ganzhei

19、tlicher Produktionssysteme betrachtet wird, diskutiert 21. Jedoch bauen Ganz-heitliche Produktionssysteme nicht ausschlielich auf die Inhalte des Toyota-Produktionssystems auf. So sind auch Elemente, die aus dem Taylorismus oder aus Konzepten innovativer Arbeitsformen stam-men, in GPS enthalten 78.E

20、in GPS bildet ein unternehmensspezifisches, me-thodisches Regelwerk fr die kontinuierliche Aus-richtung smtlicher Unternehmensprozesse am Kun-den, um die von der Unternehmensfhrung vorgege-benen Ziele zu erreichen. Die Anwendung einzelner Methoden und Werkzeuge in den Unternehmenspro-zessen fhrt nic

25、-tinually changing general conditions. Since the 1990s, an increasing number of German enterprises have been reacting to these changing conditions by implementing lean production systems (LPS). Within this trend, which has been prevalent for several years now, there is intensive debate, both within

26、the indus-try as well as in the area of research, about the Toyota Production System, which is regarded as the basis of lean production/lean management 21. Lean produc-tion systems do not exclusively build upon the con-tents of the Toyota Production System. Thus, ele-ments originating from Taylorism

27、 or concepts of in-novative forms of work are also contained in LPS 78. An LPS forms an enterprise-specific, methodical sys-tem of rules for the continuous orientation of all en-terprise processes to the customer in order to achieve the targets set by the enterprise management. The ap-plication of i

28、ndividual methods and tools in the enter-prise processes does not necessarily result in an over-all optimum. Sustained success is achieved only through the integration in an LPS, which specifies the selection and synchronisation of principles, methods, and tools and is understood, accepted, and impl

32、pieren“).Mit der vorliegenden Richtlinie VDI 2870 Blatt 1 soll dem Leser zum einen ein berblick ber Ganz-heitliche Produktionssysteme und zum anderen eine Handlungshilfe zur Einfhrung gegeben werden. Die Richtlinie spricht in erster Linie Unternehmen an, die bereits ein GPS implementiert haben oder

33、zuknftig ein GPS einfhren mchten. Dabei werden alle Ebe-nen von der kleinsten Organisationseinheit bis zur Unternehmensleitung eingeschlossen. Die Richtlinie soll darber hinaus auch die Organisationseinheiten befhigen und untersttzen, die eine GPS-Einfh-rung planen und durchfhren. Des Weiteren sind

34、die Inhalte fr unterschiedliche Branchen und sowohl fr Grounternehmen als auch fr kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU) beschrieben und anwendbar.In VDI 2870 Blatt 2 werden wichtige Methoden ganzheitlicher Produktionssysteme beispielhaft und detailliert dargestellt.Eine Liste der aktuell verfgbaren

35、Bltter dieser Richtlinienreihe ist im Internet abrufbar unter www.vdi.de/2870.1 AnwendungsbereichEin Ganzheitliches Produktionssystem ist nicht auf die Produktion begrenzt, sondern ist ein methodi-sches Regelwerk, das fr alle Prozesse im Unterneh-men gilt. Grundstzlich sind somit alle Kernprozesse,

36、Fhrungsprozesse und Untersttzungsprozesse be-troffen. Da die Unternehmen nach Wirtschaftszweig und Art der Leistungserstellung sowie nach Kern-kompetenzen variieren, wird fr die vorliegende Richtlinie eine Eingrenzung auf produzierende Un-ternehmen vorgenommen.Zudem sind fr einige Unternehmensprozes

37、se (z. B. Produktentstehungsprozess) die Auswirkungen der GPS-Einfhrung nicht ausreichend untersucht. Daher fokussieren die Gestaltungsprinzipien, Methoden und Werkzeuge dieser Richtlinie vornehmlich auf die Anwendung innerhalb des Auftragsabwicklungspro-zesses, mit den Teilprozessen Fertigung und M

40、lines for the intro-duction of the system. The guideline primarily ad-dresses enterprises that have already implemented an LPS or plan to introduce an LPS in future. In the process, all levels from the smallest organisational unit to the enterprise management are included. The guideline, furthermore

41、, attempts to enable and sup-port the organisational units that plan and implement an LPS. Moreover, the contents are described for dif-ferent branches and for large as well as small to me-dium-sized enterprises (SME) and are applicable. VDI 2870 Part 2 explains the important methods of lean product

42、ion systems in detail. A catalogue of all available parts of this series of guidelines can be accessed on the internet at www.vdi.de/2870.1 ScopeA lean production system is not limited to produc-tion, but is a methodical system of rules that are ap-plicable to all processes in the enterprise. Basica

43、lly, all core processes, management processes and sup-port processes are affected by this. Since the enter-prises vary according to the branch of economy, goods and services, and according to core competen-cies, the scope of the present guideline is limited to producing enterprises. In addition, the

44、 effects of LPS introduction are not sufficiently examined for a few enterprise processes (e. g. product development process). Therefore, the principles, methods and tools of this guideline prefer-ably focus on the application within the order han-dling process, with the sub-processes manufacturing
