2、s of the Department of Defense. MIL -M-38510/440 (2901A) and MIL-M-38510/440A (2901 RI have been replaced with I IMIL-M-38510/440C (2901C). The new revision of this device is not totally I Icompatible with previous revisions or versions. I irevisions of this device without first determining electric
3、al compatibility. I IIt should he noted that previous versions of the 2901 are no longer being I Imanufactured. I DO NOT REPLACE previous 1. SCOPE 1.1 SCO e. This specification covers the detail requirements for a monolithic, silicon% compatible four-bit microprocessor slice (see 6.7). assurance cla
4、sses and a choice of case outlines and lead finishes are provided and are reflected in the complete part number. 1.2 Part number. The par number shall be in accordance with MIL-M-38510, with the exception that the “JAN“ or “JI certification shall not be used. 1.2.1 Device type. The device type shall
