This document is the National Annex to DIN EN 1993-1-2:2010-12 Eurocode 3: Design of concrete

7、structures Part 1-2: General rules Structural fire design. European Standard EN 1993-1-2:2005 allows national safety parameters, referred to as Nationally Determined Parameters (NDPs), to be specified for a number of points. The NDPs cover alternative verification methods, the provision of individua

8、l values and the selection of classes from designated classification systems. The relevant parts of the text are identified in the European Standard by references to the possibility of national choice and are listed in Subclause NA.2.1. This National Annex also includes non-contradictory complementa

9、ry information (NCI) that is permitted by the European Commissions Guidance Paper L “Application and use of Eurocodes”, and provisions for the application of DIN EN 1993-1-2:2010-12. The provisions of this National Annex are based on investigations made and on the results of fire design analyses in

10、accordance with DIN 4102-4 and are intended to maintain the national safety level in terms of fire safety. This National Annex is an integral part of DIN EN 1993-1-2:2010-12. Annex AA below is normative. DIN EN 1993-1-2/NA:2010-12 4 NA.1 Scope This National Annex contains national provisions relatin

11、g to the structural fire design of steel structures that are to be taken into consideration when applying DIN EN 1993-1-2:2010-12 in Germany. This National Annex is only valid in conjunction with DIN EN 1993-1-2:2010-12. NA.2 National provisions for the application of DIN EN 1993-1-2:2010-12 NA.2.1

NDP re 4.1 (2) Structural fire design General Re “NOTE The decision on the use of advanced calculation methods in a country may be found in its National Annex.” Advanced calculation methods may be used. When analysing structures

19、 and parts of structures for their fire behaviour by advanced calculation methods using computing programmes, such programmes should be validated. Annex CC of DIN EN 1991-1-2/NA:2010-12 provides some suitable validation methods. NDP re 4.2.3.6 (1) Members with Class 4 cross sections Re “NOTE 2 The l

The value crit= 350 C is recommended.” For the sake of simplification, the loadbearing function of a member with a Class 4 cross section may be assumed to be maintained after a time t in a given fire, if the steel temperature aat this time re

21、aches a value of crit= 350 C or greater at no point of the cross section. NDP re 4.2.4 (2) Critical temperature (Table 4.1) Re “NOTE The National Annex may give default values for critical temperatures.” The critical temperatures specified as a function of the utilization factor 0in Table 4.1 may be

22、 used. NCI re 3.4.3 Fire protection materials Characteristic values for a number of fire protection materials are given in Annex AA below. DIN EN 1993-1-2/NA:2010-12 6 NCI re Annex C Stainless steel The characteristic values and design rules given in Annex C may only be used in the design of members

23、 made of one of the following grades of steel (material numbers): 1.4301 1.4401 1.4571 1.4003 1.4462. When designing thin-walled members with a Class 4 cross section, the calculation models described in Annex E shall additionally be considered. NCI re Annex D Joints As a departure from the specifica

24、tions of DIN EN 1993-1-2:2010-12, 4.2.1, paragraphs (5) and (6), Annex D may be used in the design of bolted and welded joints (see Bibliography to this National Annex for suitable steel grades). Preloaded, slip-resistant bolted joints shall be assumed as having slipped in a fire and as being of the

25、 bearing type only, i.e. as behaving like friction-grip connections. When designing the bearing resistance of bolted joints subjected to combined shear and tension, analysis of the bolts may be made in accordance with DIN EN 1993-1-8:2010-12, Table 3.4, using the ultimate shear and tensile forces re

26、duced by the reduction factors given in Annex D. NCI re Annex E Class 4 cross sections As a departure from the simplified method given in DIN EN 1993-1-2:2010-12, 4.2.3.6 (1), members of a Class 4 cross section may be designed using the calculation models described in Annex E. DIN EN 1993-1-2:2010-12, 3.4.3) in a
