V. in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Arbeitskreis Mykobakterien (AKM) erarbeitet. Der AKM

9、ist ein Expertengremium aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum, das u. a. Studien zur mykobakteriologischen Diagnostik koordiniert. 25、DIN 58959-17: 1997-06 DIN 58959-17: 1997-06 4 DIN 58959-17:2011-03 Einleitung Introduction Werden mikrobiologische Nhrmedien, Tests oder Verfahren zu Nachweis, Differenzierung und Charak-terisierung von Mykobakterien im Rahmen medizi-nischer Diagnostik eingesetzt, mssen sie regel-mig auf ihre Richti

26、gkeit hin berprft werden. Dazu dienen unter anderem Kontrollstmme. If microbiological culture media, tests or procedures for the detection, differentiation and characterization of mycobacteria are used within the framework of medical diagnostics, they have to be checked for correctness on a regular

27、basis. For this purpose con-trol strains are used, among other things. Die vorliegende Norm dient als Ergnzung der Nor-men DIN 58959-6 und DIN 58959-7, die das Mitfh-ren von Kontrollstmmen in der Bakteriologie und Mykologie regeln. Wegen des langsamen Wachs-tums und anderer phnotypischer wie genetis

28、cher Besonderheiten von Mykobakterien, reichen die Regeln fr schnell-wachsende, nicht-mykobakterielle Bakterien oder Pilze nicht ohne weiteres aus bzw. lassen sich nicht auf Mykobakterien bertragen. Innerhalb der Gattung der Mykobakterien unterliegen die Tuberkulosebakterien der Schutzstufe S3 und b

29、edrfen einiger Sicherheitsmanahmen, die im Umgang mit ihnen beachtet werden mssen. Diese Besonderheiten machten es notwendig, die beste-henden Normen im Hinblick auf die Anforderungen an Kontrollstmme zu ergnzen. Die Ergnzungen wurden in der vorliegenden Norm zusammen-getragen. This standard complem

30、ents the standards DIN 58959-6 and DIN 58959-7 which regulate the use of control strains for bacteriology and mycology. Due to the slow growth as well as other phenotypic and genetic peculiarities of mycobacteria, the rules for fast-growing, non-mycobacterial bacteria or fungi are not readily suffic

31、ient for, or cannot be transferred onto, mycobacteria. Within the mycobacteria genus, tubercle bacilli are subject to biosafety level 3 and their handling requires certain safety measures to be taken. These peculiarities made it necessary to complement the existing standards with regard to the requi

32、rements for control strains. These additions are summarized in this standard. 5 DIN 58959-17:2011-03 1 Anwendungsbereich 1 Scope Diese Norm gilt fr den Umgang mit Kontrollstm-men der Gattung Mycobacterium. Kontrollstmme dienen der Qualittssicherung. Die vorliegende Norm findet also Anwendung in alle

Thus, this standard is used in all mycobacteriological diagnostic laboratories in accordance with DIN 58956-1 or in laboratories in which equipment, culture media, reagents, test components, test kits and other diagnostic agents for
