As a minimum the title gage should include the following: 1.Name of the laboratory performing the test 2. Te
5、st report reference number 3. The name of the manufacturer 4.Refersnce to ETS 300 390 5. Manufacturers declared type designation 6, The type of equipment (0.g. handgortable station) 7. 6、e following when using the test report form : 1. In the “list of measurements“, clause numbers have not been included because full testing may not be required in all cases. The test laboratory should enter the clause numbers of tests actually conducted in each case. 2. The relevant reference number
7、from the list lTest equipment and ancillaries used for tests1 should be entered under the heading “Test equipment used“ for each test. 3. It is recommended that where a clarification of a test method or an agreed test procedure is required, this should be described on the final page of the test repo
