Scope1.1 This specification covers an oxidized p

3、etroleum asphalt,which, when applied in a sufficient thickness over a suitablesubgrade and covered with a suitable cover material, willprovide a satisfactory waterproof membrane for use as a canal,ditch, and pond lining.1.2 The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound unitsare to be regarded s

4、eparately as standard. The values stated ineach system may not be exact equivalents; therefore, eachsystem should be used independently of the other.
