11、test pieces intended for mechanical tests are indicated in table 1. 13、to check uniformity of the batch by comparison with the hardness test conducted on the tensile test piece, It shall be carried out by the BRINELL, ROCKWELL or VICKERS methods in accordance with the relevant material standard, All hardness tests on one batch shall be carried out by the same method. 3

14、.3 Tensile test (See EN2002-1 The test pieces for tensile testing shall have the maximum standard crocs section compatible with the cross section of the product In general, this test is not required for sheet of thickness less than 0,5 mm. 3.4 impact test (See IS0 83 and EN2003-2) This test is appli

15、ed only to products of thickness more than or equal to 12 mm. 3.5 Bend test The bend test is applied to test pieces taken from the same items as those which have been tensile tested. The mininium bending radii without cracking shall be those indicated by the material standards. Following agreement b

16、etween the supplier and customer and stated in the test schedule or order, the bend test may replace the elongation maasurement for sheet and strip of thickness less than or equal to 0,5 mm, The requirements for this test and test pieces are specified in EN200-6 1.)- 4 TESTS SPECIFIC TO CERTAIN CATE

20、rate of 100% and all surfaces examined, I The dimensions and tolerances shall conform to the standard for the product, The surface of the rolled products shall in general be clean, smooth and free from defects harmful for its use such as cracks, pitting, score marks, inclu- sions and incrustations.

21、5.2 5.3 5,3.1 Hot rolled products Traces of scale shall not be a reason for rejection if descaling is not an order requirement. Local blending-out is authorised within the limit: of the dimensional tolerances. 5.3.2 Cold rolled products Cold rolled products (eg corrosion resisting steel sheets) shal

22、l exhibit a surface free from traces of corrosion and score marks, 5.4 The use of a set of acceptable surface finishes presented by the producer and agreed by the customer is stsongy recommended. 6 MARKING In addition to the general requirements given in EN2069-1, marking of flat rolled products sha
