11、es). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and

12、non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. ISO collaborates closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization. 26、lements and the driving mechanisms for those elements, units, bars and rails. NOTE 1 The figures in this part of ISO 8640 illustrate the working principles of the various aggregates. They do not represent the only, or even the most common, arrangements. In any case, to the extent technically possibl

27、e, these devices are able to be combined. NOTE 2 In addition to terms used in English and French, two of the three official ISO languages, this part of ISO 8640 gives the equivalent terms in German; these are published under the responsibility of the member body for Germany (DIN). However, only the
