1、m - . . / 5.3183 r- MIL-D-81068(Wep) Amendment 1 22 October 1965 - _*- -.- MILITARY SPECIFICATION DEVICE, HIT AND LOCATING (For Torpedo Mk 46 Mod O) This amendment forms a part, of Military Specification MIL-D-81068(Wep) of 21 May 1964 and has been approved by the Bureau of Naval Weapons, Department

2、 of the Navy Page 9, paragraph 4.3.3. “4.3.3 Periodic production sampling. Periodic produc- tion tests detailed in4.7 shall be performed at a facility designated by the procuring activity. Samples shall consist of unitsthat have satisfactorily passed the acceptance tests and examinations detailed in

3、 4.8 and shall be selected Delete and substitute: - as follows: (a) Step 1. Upon initiation of production, randomly select 1 unit from each group of 25 units. Upon SatLkfactory compliance of samples selected from three consecutive groups, proceed to Step 2. Step 2. 50 units. the contract or until a

4、defective unit is found. (b) Randomly select 1 unit from each group of Continue with Step 2 for the balance of 4.3.3.1 Defective units. When a defective unit is found in any group the supplier shall: (a;) (b) Determine the cause of the defect Determine if the defect is an isolated case (c) Take the

5、necessary action to eliminate the defect from units on hand and, if so directed by the pro- curing activity, from those units previously shipped.
