SCOPE. This commercial item description covers a pine oil based cleaner- disi

2、nfectant type product for cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS. The cleaner-disinfectant solution shall be effective at 15 mL per liter (2 oz. per gallon) to kill gram negative bacteria on non- porous surfaces. The pine oil component shall be comprised of 80% terpene alcoh

A material safety data sheet (MSDS) shall be submitted in accordance with the latest version of FED- STD-313. Reaistration and Labelina

7、. The cleaner-disinfectant solution shall be registered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It shall be labeled in compliance with the most current Regulations for the Enforcement of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (QOCFR 162-180) and Occupational Safety and Health

8、 Administration (OSHA) regulations (29CFR 1910.1200). QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS. Certification. The contractor shall certify that the product offered meets the salient characteristics of this description and that the product conforms to the producers own drawing, specifications, standards and qua

9、lity assurance practices and is the same product offered for sale in the commercial marketplace. The Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provided for under the provisions of the contract. Packaaina. The packaging and packing shall be in accordance with normal commercial practice and shall assure acceptance by common carrier and provide product protection against loss and damage during multiple shipments, handling and storage. The shipping container shall be in compliance with the Nat
