Note: In the event of conflict between the Korean and English language, the Korean language shall take precedence. 1.1 Material Description 1.1.1 Pearl mica colors of 3C1B top coat consists of color base coating (resin: polyester or acrylic) for color
3、pigment, mica base coating (resin: polyester or acrylic) for pearl mica, pearl clear coating (mixture paints of pearl mica and clear) for gloss and pearl mica, and clear coat coating for gloss. Pearl mica colors of 3C1B top coat permit automatic application by the electrostatic BELL machine and manu
4、al application with a general air spray gun. 1.1.2 Each coating that builds 3C1B film shall be secured for compatibility between layers of wet film and between layers of dry film. 1.2 Symbols. None 3 Requirements 3.1 Test Conditions. 3.1.1 Standard Conditions of Tes
10、t Place. 3.1.1.1 The test shall basically be conducted at temperature of (20 2) and relative humidity of (65 5)%. 3.1.1.2 When the above conditions cannot be met, temperature and relative humidity shall be entered on the test report. 3.2 Material Condition of Test Piece. The test piece shall basical

18、exposure to 50 120 hours and subsequent exposure from room temperature to (20 2) . 3.3.1.6.2 After storage, the paint shall be free from gel and seeding. 3.3.1.6.3 The viscosity after storage increase compared to the viscosity before storage shall less than 20 Sec. 3.3.1.6.4 No abnormalities in work
19、ability and external appearance when coating with paints after storage. 3.3.1.6.5 But, Pearl clear and clear coat shall conform to the relevant clear coat specification (EDS-M-8776 or EDS-M-8777). 3.3.1.7 Dilution Stability. 3.3.1.7.1 Fill up the paint diluted (paragraph 3.3.2.2) with specified visc
20、osity into a mass cylinder capable of 500 , and expose it at a room temperature for 72hours under sealing, and examine the condition of paint, and record the state of precipitation. 3.3.1.7.2 Get the mass cylinder, that test is completed by paragraph 3.3.1.7.1, upside down and back up repeatedly for
21、 20 seconds for 10 times. After that, perform the sampling and coating on the upper area (250 ) and the lower area (250 ). There shall be no change in the appearances such as color and gloss between the upper and the lower area. 3.3.2 Material Condition at Coating. 3.3.2.1 Preparation of Steel for C
