4、d In conjunction with the test oil, the camshaft wear test shall investigate the wear behaviour of the tribo- logical system elements, cams and cam followers in operating engines with heavily polluted gasoline engine oil under defined operating conditions after a specified operation period and compa

The sedimentary content of the test oil shall be determined to LBCH02-03 and shall be (0.8 to 1.2) % by mass. The sedimentary con

18、tent of every test oil fill shall be checked using laboratory oil testing. The test oil and oil filter shall be replaced following an operating period of 200 h. 2.3 Test VehiclelTest Piece Camshafts (cams), cam followers, tappets, tappet bridges and roller-type cam followers. 3 Procedure 3.1 Prepara

19、tion The cam, cam follower, tappet, tappet bridge and roller contact surfaces shall be lighted coated with hypoid oil as specified in B O401055 prior to instaila- tion. The contact surfaces of the parts shall be coated with :he test oil during installation after intermediate measurements. 3.2 Condit

20、ions Deviations from the requirements of this :es: proce- dure shall have been agreed upon. Such require- ments shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports etc. 3.3 Instructions 3.3.1 Measurement of Camshaft, Cam Follower, Tappet, Tappet Bridge and Roller-type Cam Follower T

21、he cam height, cam transverse profiles and the contact surface contours of the cam follower as well of the diameter of the tappets shall be measured before testing is commenced. In addition, the component roughness measure- ments shall be measured as specified in the drawings and checked for complia

22、nce with the drawing tolerances (measurement system e.g., S6P Perthen). 2.2.6 Mischung aus 50 % Diesel Altl + 50 % Frischl (6 0401013, mit SAE 10W30). Der Sedirnentgehalt des Testls ist nach LBCH02-03 ZU ermitteln und mu (0,8 bis 1,2) Gew. % betragen. Der Sediment- gehalt jeder Testl-Charge St anhan

Nach einer Laufzeit von 200 h sind Testl und Olfilter ZU wechseln. 2.3 VersuchsfahrzeuglProbekrper Nockenwellen (Nocken), Schlepphebel, Stel, Stelbrijcken und Rollenschlepphebel. 3 Durchfhrung 3.1 Vorbereitung Vor dem Einbau sind die Nocken und die Schlepp- he

24、bel-, Stel-, Stelbrcken- und Rollen- Laufflchen leicht mit Hypoid-Ol nach 8 0401055 einzstreichen. Beim EinSac nach Zwischenmessungen sind die Lauflchen der Teiie mit dem Testol einzustreichen. 3.2 Prfbedingungen AbWeichunsen von den Bedingungen dieses Prf- Verfahrens mssen vereinbart werden. Diese

25、Be- dinungen sind auf Teilzeichnuflgen vorgeschrieben bzw. mssen auf Prfieugnissen, Berichten u. dergl. angegeben werden. 3.3, P ru f a ni e tu n g 3.3.1 Vermessung von Nockenwelle, Schlepphe- bel, Stel, StDelbrcken und Rolienschlepp- hebe1 Vor Testbeginn mssen die Nockenhhen, Nocken- querprofile un

26、d die Laufflchenkonturen der Nok- kenfolger sowie die Durchmesser der Stel ver- messen werden. Auerdem sind die Bauteilrauhigkeiten nach Zeich- nungsangabe zu messen und auf Einhaltung der Zeichnungstoleranzen zu prfen (Mesystem z.B. S6P Peflhen). An appa- ratus shall be used for measurement (see fig. I). The cam transverse profiles, th

28、e cam peaks and the cam base circles shall be recorded parallel to the camshaft axis using a form measurement machine (e.g., FAG-FMS 2100) (see appendix 1). 3.3.1 .I Vermessung der Nockenhhen und Nok- kenquerprofile Bei der Vermessung wird jeweils die maximale Nok- kenhhe in der Mitte des Nockens ve

The preferred positions and measurement ranges for the cam roughness measurements (cam peak I cam base circle), which are primarily used for the purposes of compa

The longitudinal profiles for the contact surfaces of

35、the cam followers and tappet bridges shall be traced and recorded in the running direction using a round- ness measurement instrument (e.g. Perthen MMK2) in conjunction with a recording instrument (e.g. Perthen Macrograph). It has proved advantageous in determining the precise radius of the contact

36、surface curvature using the roundness measure- ment instrument. The contact surface is thereby displayed as a straight line and permits unevenness to be easily detected (even during the initial measurement) (e.g. caused in production). When measuring the worn parts, the radius deter- mined for each

37、cam follower or tappet bridge con- tact surface shall be set for the initial measurement on the roundness measurement instrument. The contact surface shall then be traced and recorded. The display permits the maximum wear and the distribution of the linear wear abrasion to be dis- played clearly. Us

38、e ci the longitudinal profile for determining the maximum wear abrasion shall be preferred. 3.3.1.3 Measuring the tappet contact surfaces The contact suriaces of the tappe! shall be traced and recorded as accurarely as possible alon the tppe? center line using a su taopet bridge-: roller wear vclues

39、 I the permissible bogey. 3.4.2 Evaluation The determined surface roughness values, meas- ured values of the component geometry and the abraded wear shall be presented in a table and in a graph. In addition, the material fatigue of the components shall be assessed using the pitting according to the

40、photographic evidence. The wear behaviour of the corresponding camkarn follower matching (based on the comparison of the initial, intermediate and final measurements) shall be presented graphically. 3.4.3 Presentation With reference to this test procedure the results of the measurements shall be pre

41、sented in a test re- poft. 3.3.4.2 Untersuchung der Teile im Werkstoffiabor Hierbei erfolgen die Dokumentation des Verschlei- erscheinungsbildes der Bauteile und eingehende metallographische und metallurgische Untersu- chungen der Bauteiloberflachen und obetflachenna- hen Werkstoffschichten. Mit Hil

42、fe gegebenenfalls erforderlicher Sonderanaly- severfahren (REM, Mikroanalysen, Eigenspan- nungsmessungen, etc.) wird angestrebt, verschlei- relevante Parameter der Oberfichen- und Werk- stofktruktur der beteiligten Bauteilpartner (Nocken und Nockenfolger) zu ermitteln und primre Ver- schleimechanism

43、en (Polierverschlei, Frever- schlei, Ermdungsverschlei, etc.) sowie Ursa- chen fr extreme Verschleiniveaus aufzuzeigen. Der Vergleich der Verschleimedaten und der Untersuchungsergebnkse des Werkstofflabors er- laubt eine tribotechnische Gesamtbewertung der Bauteilpaarung NockenlNockenfolger im Rahme

44、n der Motorverschleiversuche. Ziel ist die Erarbeitung von Freigabeinformationen fr die Motorproduktion bzw. die Klrung von prim- ren U rsachen bei auftretenden Verschlei p roble- men. 3.4 Ergebnisse 3.4.1 Forderungen Der Versucn wird positiv bewertet. wenn jeweils drei 200 h - Laufe mit neuen Teile
