This standard is a application standard in the field of ships and marine technology. DIN 81249 Corrosion of metals in

15、bei der Auswahl von Werkstoffen und bei der Auslegung von Bauteilen von Schiffen und Gerten zu bercksichtigen, wenn vom Konstrukteur das Korrosionsverhalten eines in diesen Normen aufgefhrten ungeschtzten metallenen Werkstoffs in Seewasser oder Seeatmosphre beachtet werden muss. Fr die in diesen Nor

16、men verwendeten Begriffe Seewasser“ und Seeatmosphre“ sind auch die Begriffe Meerwasser“ und Meeresatmosphre“ blich. Die Normen dienen dazu, dem Konstrukteur Beurteilungsmastbe bei der Auswahl und Anwendung der Werkstoffe nach dem Korrosionsverhalten und bei der Bercksichtigung von Massenverlusten z

17、u geben, damit Korrosionsschden vermieden werden. Sie knnen jedoch in Zweifelsfllen den Rat eines Korrosions-fachmanns nicht ersetzen. Gewhrleistungsansprche knnen aus diesen normativen Festlegungen nicht abgeleitet werden. Mit diesen Normen kann weder der kathodische Korrosionsschutz ausgelegt werd

18、en, noch ist eine Beur-teilung des kathodischen Schutzes mit den angegebenen Potentialwerten mglich. 19、- Stand 2012-03 DIN 81249-1:2011-12 Introduction The DIN 81249 series standards shall apply to the selection of materials and the design of ship and equip-ment components in case the technical designer has to consider the corrosion behaviour of an unprotected metallic material in sea water or sea at

20、mosphere and if this metallic material is listed in one of these stan-dards. The terms “sea water” and “sea atmosphere” used this standard, are interchangeable with the terms “oceanic water” and “oceanic atmosphere”. These standards are intended to provide the technical designer with assessment crit

21、eria necessary to select and use materials according to their corrosion behaviour and to consider material consumption in order to avoid corrosion damage. In case of doubt, however, these standards cannot replace the advice of a corrosion specialist. Warranty claims cannot be derived from these norm

22、ative definitions. Neither do these standards form a basis for the design of the cathodic corrosion protection nor do the potential values given herein provide a basis for its assessment. The following standards are applicable to the cathodic corrosion protection: VG 81256-1 and VG 81256-3; VG 81257
