In fact, snuff and other unsmoked forms of tobacco are not nearly as risky as the kind you ignite and inhale. 5 A 2002 report by Britains Royal College of Physicians noted that “the consumption of non-combustible tobacco is of the order of 10 to 1,000 times less hazardous than smoking
24、.“ Smokeless tobacco is known to cause oral cancer.
