TIAEIA-136-933 describes the fixed-coding mode of the MAC (Medium Access Control) function specified in TIABIA- 136- 332. Higher layers and other functions within the RR (Radio Resource) layer
11、may use the MAC to transport data across a GPRS- 136 (General Packet Radio Service) radio interface. Readers unfamiliar with SDL (Specification and Description Language) may find this standard easier to understand than TIAEIA-136-332; however, note the following: This standard is descriptive, and th
12、erefore, it contains no requirements. If this standard conflicts with TIABIA-136- 332, the latter shall govern.
