SCOPE 1.1 Scope - The equipment covered by this specification shall be for intermediate (shop) use and shall ge

REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Testing - This specification makes provision for testing (see 4.). 3.2 Materials, Parts, and Processes - The materials, parts, and processes shall be in accordance with MIL-T-21200. 3.2.1 Selection of Parts, Materials and Processes - Except as specified herein, MIL-T-21200 sh

11、all apply for the selection of parts, materials and processes. 3.2.2 Approval of Nonstandard Parts and Materials - Approval for the use of nonstandard parts and materials (including microelectronic devices) shall be in accordance with MIL-T-21200. and materials data shall be in accordance with Step

12、I and Step II only of MIL-STD-749. Nonstandard parts 3.3 Design and Construction - Except as specified herein, the design and construction shall be in accordance with MIL-T-21200. 3.3.1 Total Weight - The total weight of the equipment shall be a minimum consistant with good design and shall not exce

13、ed 27 pounds. 3.3.2 Microelectronic Devices - Microelectronic technology shall be considered. When used, microelectronic devices shall have two or more sources and the device from each source shall be inter- changeable. Interchangeability shall be demonstrated by random in- stallation of devices fro

14、m two or more sources during fabrication of production quantities. random mixing of device sources shall be proof of interchangeability. Unsuccessful operation of the equipment shall be evaluated to detefmine if a device is faulty or not interchangeable. Successful operation of the equipment with a

15、3.3.3 Electron Devices - Electron tubes and semiconductor devices shall be in accordance with MIL-T-21200. 3.3.4 Modules, Maintenance - The electronic portions of the equipment shall be divided into maintenance modules as specified in AR- 10. The program plan shall be approved by the procuring activity. 3.4.2 Maintainability - When specified by the procuring activity, the contractor shall conduct a maintainability program in accordance with MIL-STD-454, Requirement 54. 25、m plan I shall be approved by the procuring activity. 3.4.3 Interference Control - The generation of electromagnetic interference by the equipment and the vulnerability of the equipment to electromagnetic interference shall be controlled within the limits of MIL-STD-461 unless otherwise specified. 3

30、sity Gate Signal - The intensity gate output signal shall be compatible with TTL levels. an unblanking signal and a logic “O“ shall correspond to a blanked radar display (see Figures 1A and 2A). A logic “1“ shall correspond to 3.6.1.2 Horizontal Sweep Signal - The equipment shall provide horizontal

31、sweep signals as illustrated in Figures 1B and 2B. 3.6.1. 3 Vertical Sweep Signal - The equipment shall provide vertical sweep signals as illustrated in Figures 1C and 2C. 3.6.1.4 Video Signal - The equipment shall provide video sweep signals as illustrated in Figures 1D and 2D. 3.6.1, 5 Audio Signa

38、t - The Signal Simulator shall contain the below listed subassemblies and printed wiring assemblies (PWA), shall be 7-5/16 inches by 4-9/16 inches with electrical interfaces terminated into a M21097/13-02 connector per MIL-C-21097. (3) Circuit Card Assembly, Clock and Video Generator (A31 This PWA shall contain a 3 MHz crystal-controlled oscillator conted down to provide the required timing waveforms for the system. 41、ssembly, Fault Sensing (A4) This PWA shall monitor selected output signals and shall energize a fault indicator light in the event that a malfunction is detected.
