2、Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense. The requirements for acquiring the product described herein shall consist of this specification sheet and MIL-PRF-7115. SCOPE 1. Converter type. The converter is Type II, non-regulated, designed for a nominal 28 VDC output. 2. Converter class. T

3、he converter is class A as modified herein. 3. Part or identifying number (PIN). The converter covered by this specification sheet is identified using the following PIN: Non-regulated converter M7115/2-1 (see figure 1) REQUIREMENTS 1. Dimensions. The dimensions of the converter shall be as shown on

4、figure 1 of this specification sheet. 2. Description. The power characteristics and weight of the converter covered by this specification sheet are shown in table I. 7、ragraphs) 3.5.1.2.6 Output overvoltage protection (Type I, regulated converters only). 3.5.1.6 Pressure drop (blast-cooled converters only). 3.5.2.2 Acceleration. 3.5.2.9 Explosive atmosphere. 3.8.1 Burn-in (Type I regulated converters only). 4.6.2.13 Parallel operation. 4.6.3.3 Pressure drop (blast

Figure 14 Typical burn-in test cycle. 3.2 Modify the following paragraphs of MIL-PRF-7115. 3.4.2.1.1 External electric connections. A

Unless otherwise specified, all dimensions are in inches and tolerances are .015 inch. Converter weight shall be as requi

11、red in table I of this specification sheet.” 3.5.1.2.1.1b (Full Performance, sub-paragraph b). Delete sentence and substitute: “For Type II Unregulated Converters, the steady state output voltage shall comply with figure 3, Output voltage limits, of this specification sheet.” 3.5.1.2.1.1c (Full Perf

12、ormance, sub-paragraph c). Delete sentence and substitute: “Peak-to-peak ripple voltage shall not exceed 1.5 volts.” 3.5.1.5 Acoustical noise. Delete the paragraph in its entirety and substitute: “The input and output connections shall be marked as shown on figures 1 and 2 of this specification sheet (see 4.6.1).” 3.7.3 Nameplate.

14、 Delete the second sentence and substitute: “The nameplate shall be located as shown on figure 2 of this specification sheet.” Add the following additional information to the nameplate: “Warranty Expiration Date” “Non-Servicable, Non-Repairable Transformer Rectifier Package” “Do Not Attempt to Disas

15、semble” 3.7.4 Airflow. Delete first sentence of the paragraph and substitute: “When an integral cooling fan is used, direction of airflow shall be plainly and permanently marked on the outside of the housing in the direction specified in 3.4.3.4 of this specification sheet.” Provided by IHSNot for R

Add: “The converter full rated load value is shown in table I of this specification sheet.” 4.6.1 Examination of product. Add the following sentences to the

17、end of the paragraph: “Converter weight shall be as required in table I of this specification sheet. Converter dimensions and markings shall be as shown on figures 1 and 2 of this specification sheet.” 4.6.2.1.1.a (Voltage regulation at room ambient temperature, subparagraph a.) Delete and substitut

18、e: “With nominal input voltage specified in 3.5.1.1, the load shall be varied from zero to full load in 25 percent increments. The converter shall meet the output voltage limits on figure 3 of this specification sheet.” 4.6.4 Reliability demonstration. Delete first sentence and substitute: “Reliabil
