9、in- spection and approval (see 4.5). 3.2 Materials. Materials shall be as specified herein. Materials not spcified shall be of good commercial quality entirely suitable for the purpxe. fections that might affect serviceability or appearance of the fin- ished product. Any characteristics exhibited by the mag- nifier during any inspection specified herein which would cause the mgni- fier to fail to meet any of the requirements of Section 3 of this specifi- cation, while in service, shall constitute failure of th
