The sweatband shall finish 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 inches wide and shall be black or brown in color. The finished sweatband shall contain perfo

12、rations that are evenly spaced. A three inch long area at the back end of the sweatband shall be left unperforated when the option to use a stamped identification label is chosen.
