Die Priifungen er- folgen bei einer Temperatur von +23OC + 5 H und einer relativen Luftfeuchte von (50

17、+ 5)%. Muster von Fonrmassen bzw. Fertigteilen miissen von der PEK gepriift und genehmigt werden, ehe die Lieferung aufgrund dieser Muster aufgencmrnen wird. Bei der Bemusterung von Fornmassen ist die Verarbeitbarkeit auf den Prcduk- tionsmaschinen zu beriicksichtigen. Bei der Bemusterung von Forzma

18、ssen hat der Lieferant die zu den Priifungen not- wendigen Probekiirper sowie ein vollst&diges Werkspriifzeugnis (DIN 50 049-2.3) mitzuliefern. Bei der Bemusterung von Fertigteilen hat der Lieferant ein Werkspriifzeugnis (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) iiber die Zeichnungsforderungen sawie die nach dieser Liefer

19、- bedingung am Fertigteil priifbaren Werkstoffeigenschaften mitzuliefern. Die in dieser Lieferbedingung beschriebene Werkstoffqualitit darf nicht mit anderen Qualititen gemischt oder unter Zumischen von Regenerat des gleichen Werkstoffes zum Einsatz kamnen. Abweichungen von dieser Regelung tissen be

20、sonders erwtit werden. Teile aus dieser Werkstoffqualitit miissen bei der Anlieferung einen Wasserge- halt von mindestens 2 Massenanteile in % aufweisen (Priifung nach m 60 270). 22、 moulding. Tests shall be carried out at a temperature of +23OC + 5 K and a relative humidity of (50 + 5)%. Samples of moulding wunds or finished parts shall be tested and approved by Product Engineering Department prior to comnencement of delivery of bulk supp lies. When sampling moulding ccmpcunds

23、 prccessability on production machines shall be noted. With samples of moulding ccmpounds the supplier shall provide the test pieces necessary for the tests as well as a wlete manufacturers test certificate (DIN 50 049 - 2.3). With samples of finished parts the supplier shall provide a manufacturers

24、 test certificate (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) shawing ccmpliance with the drawing requirements for the finished parts and material properties specified herein which can be tested on finished parts. The material quality detailed in this specification shall not be mixed with other qualities or be used by admix

25、ture of regrind material of the same quality. Deviations from this requirement shall be specifically advised. Parts of this material quality must have a water content of at least 2 8 by mass (test to GME 60 270) at delivery. Deviations frcm this requirement shall be specifically indicated on the part drawing. Waste Disposal: Group D, Opel-Plant Directive No. 440 Attention!
