Die Priifungen erfolgen bei einer Temperatur von +23X + 5 K und einer relativen Luftfeuchte von (50 + 5)%. Muster von Formmassen bzw. Fertigteilen miissen von der PEK gepriift und genehmigt

12、werden, ehe die Lieferung aufgrund dieser Muster aufgenommen wird. Bei der Bemusterung von Formmassen ist die Verarbeitbarkeit auf den Prcduktionmaschinen zu be- riicksichtigen. Bei der Bemusterung von Formmassen hat der Lieferant die zu den Priifungen notwendigen Probe- k&per sowie ein vollstandige

13、s Werkspriifieugnis (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) mitzuliefern. Bei der Bemusterung von Fertigteilen hat der Lieferant ein Werkspriifieugnis (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) ilber die Zeichnungsforderungen sowie die am Fertigteil nach dieser Lieferbedingung priifbaren Werkstoff- eigenschaften mitzuliefern. Die in dieser Lie

14、ferbedingung beschriebene Werkstoffqualitat datf nicht mit anderen Qualtiten ge- mischt cder unter Zumischen von Regenerat des gleichen Werkstoffes zum Einsatz kommen. Ab- weichungen von dieser Regelung miissen besonders erwahnt werden. Note All test pieces shall be manufactured by injection mouldin

15、g. Tests shall be carried out at a tem- perature of +23X + 5 K and a relative humidity of (50 1 5)%. Samples of moulding compounds or finished parts shall be tested and approved by Product Engineering Department prior to commencement of delivery of bulk supplies. When sampling moulding compounds pro

16、cessability on production machines shall be noted. Wiih samples of moulding compound the supplier shall provide the test pieces necessary for the tests as well as a complete manufacturers test certificate (DIN 50 049 - 2.3). Wiih samples of finished parts the supplier shall provide a manufaturers te

17、st certificate (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) showing compliance with the drawing requirements for the finished parts and material properties specified herein which can be tested on finished parts. The material quality detailed in this specification shall not be mixed with other qualities or be used by admixtur
