11、Die Priifungen erfolgen bei einer Temperatur von t 23C Z!I 5 K und einer relativen Luftfeuchte von (50 f 5)%. Muster von Fonnmassen bzw. Fertigteilen m&en von der PEK geprfift und genehmigt werden, ehe die Lieferung aufgrund dieser Muster aufgenommen wird. Bei der Bemusterung von Formmassen ist die

12、Verarbeiibarkeit auf den Produktionmaschinen zu be- ticksichtlgen. Bei der Bemusterung von Formmassen hat der Lleferant die zu den PrIifungen notwendigen Probe k&per sowie ein vollst&figes Werkspriifieugnis (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) mitzuliefem. Bei der Bemusterung von Fertigteilen hat der Ueferant ein Wer

13、kspriifieugnis (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) iiber die Zeichnungsforderungen sowie die am Fertigteil nach dieser Lieferbedingung priifbaren Werkstoff- eigenschaften milzuliefem. Die in dieser Lieferbedingung beschriebene Werkstoffqualitat darf nicht mlt anderen Qualit$iten ge- mischt oder unter Zumischen von R

14、egenerat des gleichen Werkstoffes zum Einsatz kommen. Ab- weichungen von dieser Regelung mijssen besonders erwahnt werden. Note All test pieces shall be manufactured by injection moulding. Tests shall be carried out at a tem- perature of t23”C + 5 K and a relative humidity of (50 !I 5)%. Samples of

15、moulding compounds or finished parts shall be tested and approved by Product Engineering Department prior to commencement of delivery of bulk supplies. When sampling moulding compounds processability on production machines shall be noted. With samples of moulding compound the supplier shall provide

16、the test pieces necessary for the tests as well as a complete manufacturers test certificate (DIN 50 049 - 2.3). With samples of finished parts the supplier shall provide a manufaturers test certificate (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) showing compliance wlth the drawing requirements for the finished parts and ma

17、terial properties specified herein which can be tested on finished parts. The material quality detailed in this specification shall not be mfxed with other qualities or be used by admixture of regrind material of the same quality.
