Such deviations shall be specified on component drawings and must be noted on test certificates, reports etc. 3.3 Instructions 3.3.1 Measurements on the clutch cable

17、are made in supply condition, after 500,000 and 1,000,000 ac- tuations. 3.3.2 Use a load cell to depress the clutch by hand to simulate a normal application. During the applica- tion, pedal force, pedal travel and clutch fork travel are simultaneously measured and recorded. 3.4 Data 3.4.1 Target To

18、determine friction losses and travel losses of the clutch cable assembly, pertinent measurements shall be made before the durability test and after the actuations as specified in paragraph 3.3.1. The fric- tion losses have not to exceed the following values LHD: 50 N RHD: 60 N. 3.4.2 Evaluation 3.4.

Diese Ab- weichungen sind auf Teilezeichnungen vorgeschrie- ben bzw. mssen in Prfzeugnissen, Berichten u. dergl. angegeben werden. 3.3 Prfanleitung 3.3.1 Die Messungen an dem Kupplungsseilzug werden im Neuzustand, nach 500.000 und 1.000.000 Bet- tigungen durchgefhrt. 3.3.2

21、Das Kupplungspedal wird von Hand mit der Kraft- medose entsprechend einem normalen Kuppel- vorgang bettigt. Dabei werden Pedalkraft, Pedal- weg und Ausrckhebelweg gleichzeitig erfat und aufgezeichnet. 3.4 Ergebnisse 3.4.1 Forderung Die Messungen der Reibungs- und Wegverluste an dem Zusammenbau Kuppl

22、ungsseilzug erfolgen vor dem Dauerversuch und nach den unter Abschnitt 3.3.1 angegebenen Lastspielen. Die Reibungsver- luste drfen die nachfolgenden Werte nicht ber- schreiten Lin kslen kung: 50 N Rechtslenkung: 60 N 3.4.2 Auswertung 3.4.2.1 Es ist eine Gegenberstellung der Mewerte sowie eine daraus

23、 folgende Beurteilung des Zu- sammenbaus Kupplungsseilzug durch den Prfver- antwortlichen vorzunehmen.
