5、specified temperature prior to installation of the test specimen. According to drawing specification the test temperature for pressure plates is and for clutcn disks +20C (room temperature), cl 80C I 3C. 3.1.2 If the test is made above room temperature, allow the test specimen to soak at the test te

6、mperature for 30 min at 700 min- subsequent to their installa- tion in the burst chamber. 3.1.3 The linings to be tested must be part of a clutch disk asm. 3.1.4 Install the balanced clutch pressure plate as a single part or as an assembly, depending on the test re- quirements. 2.1.4 Heizvomchtung m

8、itung 3.1.1 Die 5ers:kammer ist vor Einbau des Prflings auf die jeweils geforderte Prftemperatur aufzuheizen. Nach Zeichnungsvorschrift betrgt die Prftempera- tur ir Druckclaten und fr Kupqiuncsscheiben 3.1.2 Soll die Prfung bei - 2 O“ C ( Ra u m t e m p e rat u r) +180“C i. 3C. Temperaturen ber der

9、 Raum- temperatur erfolgen, dann ist der Prfling nach Ein- bau in die Berstkammer 30 min lang bei 700 min- aer Prftemperatur anzupassen. 3.1.3 Die zu prfenden Kupplungsbelge sind als Zsb. Kupplungsscheibe einzubauen. 3.1.4 Die zu prfende Kupplungsdruckplatte ist je nach Forderung als Einzelteil oder

10、 im Zusammenbau im ausgewuchteten Zustand einzubauen. Such require- ments shall be

11、 specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports etc. 3.3 Instructions 3.3.1 Accelerate the test specimen at a constant rate of 300 revolutions per second to a specified speed to be maintained for i O s, or to burst speed. 3.3.2 In case of fracture the test stand will be switched off by

12、a vibration switch, and the highest speed will be indicated. 3.4 Data 3.4.1 Targets The speed specified in the drawing shall be reached by each test specimen without defect. 3.4.2 Evaluation N.a. 3.4.3 Presentation With reference to this test procedure the results of the measurements shall be presen

13、ted in a test re- port. 4 Coding System This test procedure shall be called up in other specifications, drawings, VTS, CTS etc. as follows: Example: “Test to GMI L-7BOlB-12“ 3.2 Prfbedingungen 3.2.1 Abweichungen Abweichungen von den Bedingungen dieses Prf- Verfahrens mssen vereinbart werden. Diese B

14、e- dingungen sind auf Teilezeichnungen vorgecchrie- ben bzw. mssen auf PrfZeUgniSSen, Berichten U. dergi. angegeben werden. 3.3 Prfanleitung 3.3.1 Der Prfling wird mit einer konstanten Beschleuni- gung von 300 Umdrehungen pro Sekunde hochge- fahren auf eine vorgegebene Drehzahl, die dann 1 O s zu ha

15、lten ist, bzw. bis zur Berstdrehzahl. 3.3.2 Bei Eintreten eines Bruches wird der Prfstand ber einen Erschtterungsschaiter abgeschaltet und die erreichte Drehzahl zur Anzeige gebracht. 3.4 Ergebnisse 3.4.1 Forderungen Die in der Zeichnung vorgeschriebene Drehzahl nu von jedem Prfling ohne Defekt erre

16、icht wer- den. 3.4.2 Auswertung N.a. 3.4.3 Darstellung Unter Angabe dieses Prfverfahrens sind die Er- gebnisse der Messung in einem Prfbericht zu- sammenzustellen. 4 Angabe in Dokumenten Dieses Prfverahren ist in anderen Dokumenten, Zeichnungen, VTS, CTS etc. wie folgt anzugeben: Beispiel: “Prfung n
