14、bly (driving clutch) in the wear test stand. load cycle load cycles (IC) (per minute) 3.2 Conditions 3.2.1 Deviations Deviations from the requirements of this test proce- dure shall have been agreed upon. Such require- ments shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports etc; 3

15、.3 Instructions 3.3.1 Between the continuously driving three-phase motor and the gyrating mass a “driving clutch“ is installed which accelerates the gyrating mass at uniform intervals and uniform engaging times via a trans- mission. When both are synchronized, the “driving clutch“ disengages and the

16、 “braking clutch“ installed behind the gyrating mass engages and brakes the latter until standstill. After having reached standstill, the “braking clutch“ will diseqjage. The cycle starts a new with the engagement of the “driving clutch“. Within the scope of the test program the “driving clutch“ onl

17、y will be evaluated. Engaement and disengagement of both clutches and their timing is controlled by a twin cam which itself can be speed controlled and actuates the clutch fork hydraulically by means of a pressure piston (see appendix 3). 3.3.2 The different clutch lining sizes are strained in the “

18、driving clutch“ as follows. 3.1.2 Zsb. 19、ssen auf Prfzeugnissen, Berichten u. dergl. angegeben werden. 3.3 Prfanleitung 3.3.1 Zwischen einem dauernd antreibenden Drehstrom- motor und einer Schwungmasse ist die ,treibende Kupplung“ eingebaut, die in konstanten Zeitinterval- len und bei konstanter Einkuppelzeit ber ein Ge- triebe die Schwung

20、masse beschleunigt. Bei Gleich- lauf kuppelt die ,treibende Kupplung“ aus, eine hin- ter der Schwungmasse montierte ,bremsende Kupplung“ kuppelt ein und bremst die Schwung- masse bis zum Stillstand ab. Nach Erreichen des Stillstandes kuppelt die ,bremsende Kupplung“ aus. Der Zyklus beginnt von neuem

21、 mit dem Einkuppeln aer ,.treibenden Kupplung“. Im Rahmen des Prf- groramrnes wird nur die ,treibende Kupplung“ be- wertet. Das Aus- und Einkuppeln beider Kupplungen und deren zeitliche Zuordnung wird durch einen in der Drehzahl steuerbaren Doppelnocken bewirkt, der ber Druckkolben die Ausrckhebel d

24、 Evaluation At the end of the test, the measurement described under pragraph 3.1.1 thru 3.1.3 shall be made again after a visual evaluation of all test parts (flywheel, pressure plate, clutch disk assembly). Initial and final values shall be compared and evaluated. 3.4.3 Presentation With reference

Kupplungsscheibe) eine Rckmessung der unter A

27、bschnitt 3.1.1 bis 3.1.3 beschriebenen Punkte. Die Anfangs- und Endwerte sind gegen- berzustellen und auszuwerten. 3.4.3 Darstellung Unter Angabe dieses Prfverfahrens sind die Er- gebnisse der Messung in einem Prfbericht zu- sammenzustellen. 4 Angabe in Dokumenten Dieses Prfverfahren ist in anderen
