2、-B1 100% VIRGIN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a spacer knitted polyester fabric, 4 bars, 32 gauges made from 100% virgin yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally as a wind deflector material. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 APPROVED SOURCES This specification requ
3、ires the use of approved sources. Only the sources identified on the Ford Approved Source List (ASL) can be used when this specification is listed on the drawing, CAD file, or other documents. The list of approved sources is located within Ford at or available externally through a Ford Materials En
4、gineer. 3.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, this material shall meet the SDS requirements of panoramic moon roof as applicable (WSS-M8P23-A/latest). When used on the intended application, the material must be capable of performing adequately under all production and service conditions
5、. 3.3 APPEARANCE The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved Corporate Design master sample. 3.4 CONDITIONING AND TEST CONDITIONS All test values are based on material conditioned for not less than 24 h prior to testing in a controlled environment of 23 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5% relative hum
6、idity.
