SCOPE The materials defined by this specification are bulked continuous filament (BCF) nylon, cut pile carpets, tufted into a synthetic primary foundation. 2.

3、APPLICATION This material was originally released for F150 and Lincoln floors 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 Vehicle Interior

4、Environment Quality Materials/Component Performance Requirements Materials used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSS-M99P2222-D1/ latest. Test data must to be provided by the Tier 1 at the appropriate program milestone. 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed here

5、in, the end-item mat assembly shall be tested to WSS-M8P16-B and any additional SDS requirements. The details for each of the suppliers specific construction shall be documented in the supplement attached and uploaded into the or scanned data package 3.2 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be con

6、ducted on test specimens taken from finished roll goods prior to any subsequent operations, such as reheating or molding. 3.3 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample, or shall be as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.4 COMP

Penetration of the back coating through to the face shall be controlled to provide the required resistance to abrasion and f
