SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a laminate consisting of a solid vinyl film, an expanded vinyl layer, and a textured polyester fabric. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released origina

3、lly for material used on the upper door trim for the 2009 Lincoln MKS. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, this material shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M15P45-B/Latest Instrument Panel and Soft Interior Components, Flexible Cover Skin Material Performance specifica

4、tion. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern and finish shall match the approved master sample, or shall
