SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are glass reinforce
3、d thermoplastic polyester resins based on polyethylene terephthalate (PET). 2. APPLICATION These specifications were released originally for materials used to mold frames for ignition control modules. ESF-M4D405-C1 replaces and is same as ESF-M4D405-C. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 MOLDING COMPOUND C1 C2 3.1.
4、1 Melting Point, C, min 235 240 (ASTM D 789) 3.1.2 Glass Fiber Content, +/- 2 % by weight 30 31 (ASTM D 2584, 1 h at 666 C or TGA) 3.1.3 Melt Flow Rate, g/10 minutes, max 11.0 8.0 (ASTM D 1238, 280 +/- 0.2 C, 2.16 kg) Dry sample for 1 h at 175 C in circulating air oven and maintain at this temperatu
5、re until immediately before testing. Quickly charge indexer. Charging time not to exceed 1 minute. 3.2 MOLDED TEST SPECIMEN 3.2.1 Preparation of Test Specimens All test specimens shall be injunction molded in accordance with ASTM D 1897. The values of this specification are based on natural color, i
