This drawing documents two product assurance class levels consisting of high reliability (device classes Q and M) and space application (device class V). A choice of case outlines and lead finishes are available and are ref
9、lected in the Part or Identifying Number (PIN). When available, a choice of Radiation Hardness Assurance (RHA) levels is reflected in the PIN. 1.2 PIN. Use external resistor to allow amplifier to saturate or reduce power dissipation in the circuit. 4/ Short circuits from output to +V can cause excessive heating and destruction. Maximum
21、output current is approximately 60 mA independent of magnitude of +V. Where V supply +15 V dc, continuous short circuits can exceed PDratings and cause destruction.
