18、moulding and extrusion materials Part 1: Designation PA 4.2 Material for threaded bush for type K knobs Threaded bushes shall be made of steel (St) or CuZn alloy (grade at the manufacturers discretion). Other materials shall be subject to agreement. Steel bushes shall be provided with an A2F electro

19、plated zinc coating to DIN EN ISO 4042. The minimum thickness of the coating shall be at the manufacturers discretion. 4.3 Material for stud bolts for type L knobs Stud bolts shall be made of steel (St) (grade at the manufacturers discretion). Other materials shall be subject to agreement. Stud bolt

20、s shall be provided with an A2F electroplated zinc coating to DIN EN ISO 4042. The minimum thickness of the coating shall be at the manufacturers discretion. 5 Finish Thermoset star knobs shall be black (RAL 9005), with a bright finish. Thermoplastic star knobs shall have a matt finish. Star knobs shall be free of burrs as in DIN ISO 13715.
