Compared to the International Standard ISO 20906:2009 “Acoustics Unattended monitor-ing of aircraft sound in the vicinity of airports,“ from which content has been incorporated into DIN 45643, the standard is taking into acc

20、ount na-tional characteristics and includes additional re-quirements. Da ISO 20906 nicht vom CEN als Europische Norm bernommen wird, richtet sich DIN 45643 auch an europische Anwender und wird daher zweisprachig auf Deutsch und Englisch verffent-licht. Since ISO 20906 is not being adopted by CEN as

35、lagen und die Auswertung fr unbeobachte-te Messungen (Fluglrm-berwachungsgerte). Dies umfasst auch die Fluglrm-Messanlagen nach 19a des Luftverkehrsgesetzes (LuftVG), die in der Umgebung von Flughfen oder Landepltzen im Sinne von 4 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 und 2 des Gesetzes zum Schutz gegen Fluglrm einzurichte

36、n und zu betreiben sind. Die Fluglrm-Messanlagen dienen der fortlaufenden registrierenden Messung der durch die an- und abfliegenden Luftfahrzeuge ent-stehenden Gerusche. Diese Anlagen werden in dieser Norm als Fluglrm-berwachungssysteme bezeichnet. DIN 45643 “Measurement and assessment of air-craft

37、 sound” concerns the parameters for the de-scription and assessment of aircraft sound and describes the requirements for measurement in-struments, measurement installations and the eva-luation of unattended measurements (aircraft sound monitoring systems). This also comprises the air-craft sound mea

38、surement installations according to Article 19a of the German Civil Aviation Law (LuftVG), which are to be installed and operated in the vicinity of airports or airfields according to Arti-cle 4, Paragraph 1, Nos. 1 and 2 of the Act on Pro-tection against Aircraft Sound. The aircraft sound measureme

39、nt installations serve the continuous re-gistering measurement of the sound generated by approaching and departing aircraft. These installa-tions are referred to in this standard as aircraft sound monitoring systems. 6 DIN 45643:2011-02 1 Anwendungsbereich 1 Scope Die Norm gilt fr die Ermittlung von

40、 Fluggeruschen in der Umgebung von Flugpltzen und in Gebieten, in denen Fluggerusche vorherrschen. Die Norm gilt nicht fr militrische Tieffluggerusche. The standard applies to the determination of aircraft sound in the vicinity of airports and in areas in which aircraft sound is present. The standar

In dieser Norm werden Mess- und Kenngren fr die Messung und Beurteilung von Fluggeruschen fr unterschiedliche Anwendungszwecke definiert. Diese Gren werden sowohl im Hinblick auf die Anforderungen an Fluglrmmessanlagen nach 19a LuftVG

42、 als auch hinsichtlich der Anwendung anderer einschlgiger Normen festgelegt. In this standard, quantities and parameters for the measurement and assessment of aircraft sound are defined for different applications. These values are defined both regarding the requirements for aircraft sound measuremen

43、t installations according to Arti-cle 19a of the LuftVG as well as in regards to the use of other relevant standards. Die nach dieser Norm ermittelten Werte von Beur-teilungskenngren knnen zum Vergleich mit Richt- oder Grenzwerten benutzt werden, sofern die Beurteilungszeiten und -verfahren bereinst
