3、 VIII of the Electricity Act. The Code incorporates Part I of the Canadian Electrical Code developed under the jurisdiction of the Strategic Steering Committee on Requirements for Electrical Safety operating under the authority of the Canadian Standards Association (“CSA”) Policy Board and in accord
4、ance with CSA policy governing standardization. CSA is a private not-for-profit company that publishes voluntary standards and related documents. CSA has no power, nor does it undertake to enforce compliance with the contents of the standards or other documents it publishes. CSA develops the standar
5、ds contained within the Canadian Electrical Code through a consensus standards development process approved by the Standards Council of Canada. This process brings together volunteers representing varied viewpoints and interests to achieve consensus and develop the standards. Although CSA administer
