To ensure the integrity of its certification process, the Association regularly and continually audits and inspects products that bear the CSA Mark. Toronto, CSA has regional branch offices in major centres across Canada and ins
8、pection and testing agencies in eight countries. Since 191 9, the Association has developed the necessary expertise to meet its corporate mission: CSA is an independent service organization whose mission is to provide an open and effective forum for activities facilitating the exchange of goods and

Approval of a standard as a National Standard of Canada indicates that a standard conforms to the criteria and procedures established by the Standards Council of Canada. Approval does not refer to the technical content of the standard; this remains the
15、 continuing responsibility of the accredited standards-development organization. Those who have a need to apply standards are encouraged to use National Standards of Canada whenever practicable. These standards are subject to periodic review; therefore, users are cautioned to obtain the latest editi
16、on from the organization preparing the standard. 18、nstruction No. 1 CAN3-ZlO 7.54-M85 September, 1985 CSA Standard CAN3-Z107.54-M85, Procedure for Measurement of Sound and Vibration Due to Blasting Operations, consists of 13 pages, each dated September, 1985. This Standard, like all CSA Standards, is subject to periodical review, and amendments in t
19、he form of replacement pages may be issued from time to time; such pages will be mailed automatically to those purchasers who complete and return the attached card.* Some Standards require frequent revision between editions, whereas others require none at all. It is planned to issue new editions of
20、the Standard, regardless of the amount of revision, at intervals not greater than 5 years. Except in unusual circumstances, replacement pages will not be issued during the last year of that edition. *This card will appear with General Instruction No. 1 only. it is for the purchaser to insert them wh
21、ere they apply. The responsibility for ensuring that his or her copy is complete rests with the holder of the Standard, who should, for the sake of reference, retain those pages which have been replaced. Note: A General Instruction sheet will accompany replacement pages each time they are issued and
