3、regulatory and technical problems, (c) that the unlawful use of radio equipment is a potential source of interference for radio services operating 1egaW, (d) that it is in the interest of duly authorized users that the unlawful use of radio equipment be suppressed, recommends that CEPT members take

4、the necessary action to introduce into their legislation regulations: 1. Requiring that all naturai or legai persons placing radio equipment on the market ensure that such equipment conforms to the regulations and technical requirements in force, 2. Prohibiting the possession, use, import, sale or d

5、istribution of radio equipment which does not conform to the relevant regulations and technical requirements, 3.
