Itsupersedes BS EN 845-3:2003+A1:2008 which is withdrawn.EN 845-3 specifies the characteristics and performance requirementsfor bed joint reinforcement available throughout the

It aims to do so in product performance terms, avoidingas far as possible prescriptive requirements and all the traditionaldesignations of these products available throughout Europe.EN 845-3 includes clauses covering initial type tests, factoryproduction control, sampling for in

4、itial type testing andindependent testing of consignments. These are similar in allmasonry product specifications.The UK National Annex NA attached to this standard provides aninformative commentary on EN 845-3. Nothing in this annex shouldbe construed as specifying requirements other than those con

5、tainedin the normative parts of this European Standard.The UK participation in its preparation was entrusted to TechnicalCommittee B/519/3, Ancillary components.A list of organizations represented on this committee can beobtained on request to its secretary.This publication does not purport to inclu
