39、ture stabilization of the windings at each temperature, using a guarded bridge with a tuned detector, to an accuracy in conformity with Sub-clause7.3 of IEC Publication250: Recommended Methods for the Determination of the Permittivity and Dielectric Dissipation Factor of Electrical Insulating Materi

40、als at Power, Audio and Radio Frequencies including Metre Wavelengths. The measurements shall be made at a potential gradient of15kV/mm calculated on the nominal thickness of the paper. The result at any temperature is the central value of the three measurements. Values are given for trichlordipheny

41、l but another impregnant may be used where appropriate.
