It is possible that this message could appear for one wireless service provider and not others. 2 ESME did

11、 not receive response from MPC Timeout *WIRELESS MPC TIMEOUT- REBID* The call taker should attempt a re-bid after 20 seconds. It is possible for wireline compatibility deployments that the CBN may not be displayed when a timeout occurs for an initial bid. 2A ESME did not receive response from MPC on

12、 re-bid. Initial bid data exists Timeout *WIRELESS MPC TIMEOUT - REBID* The call taker should attempt a re-bid after 20 seconds. 3 MPC returned error response to ESME for NCAS deployment MPC returned error, reject or Inactive *WIRELESS PH 1- REBID* For NCAS (20 digit )CBN is known. The ALI returned

13、a response based on cell sector. Call taker should re-bid if Phase 2 location is needed. 3A MPC returned error response to ESME for Wireline Compatibility deployment MPC returned error, reject or Inactive *WIRELESS CBN NOT AVAIL - REBID* The call taker should re-bid the ALI. If problem continues fol
