3、OF THE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT MODEL See ITU-T Recommendation Q.822, section 4.2 and Annex B, for the performance management model overview. 5 PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS Performance management consists of a set of functions to evaluate and report upon the behavior of telecommunication equipment
4、 and the effectiveness of the network or network elements.
