1、Designation: B 624 07Standard Specification forHigh-Strength, High-Conductivity Copper-Alloy Wire forElectronic Application1This standard is issued under the fixed designation B 624; the number immediately following the designation indicates the year oforiginal adoption or, in the case of revision,
2、the year of last revision. A number in parentheses indicates the year of last reapproval. Asuperscript epsilon (e) indicates an editorial change since the last revision or reapproval.1. Scope1.1 This specification covers high-strength, high-conductivity round copper-alloy wire 0.00099 to 0.0720 in.0
3、.025 to 1.829 mm in diameter, used for electronic hookupwire. The tensile strength of the wire is 60 ksi 414 MPaminimum and the electrical conductivity at 20C is 85 % IACSminimum.1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regardedas the standard. The values given in parentheses are forinfor
4、mation only.1.3 This standard does not purport to address all of thesafety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is theresponsibility of the user of this standard to establish appro-priate safety and health practices and determine the applica-bility of regulatory limitations prior to use.2.
