REQUIREMENTS 3.1 First Article. - When spec
6、ified in the contract or purchase order, the contractor shall furnish first article units in accordance with 4.3. 3.2 Construction. - The OR-l14/T equipment shall be constructed in accord- ance with the requirements of this specification, and of drawing DLSM-B-748B7. 3.3 Parts, Materials and Process
7、es. - In addition to any requirements of this specification covering parts, materials and processes, such items shall conform to MI L-P-11268, including the selection requirements therein. 3.4 Marking. - 3.4.1 General. - Marking shall conform to MIL-M-13231 . 3.4.2 Serial Numbers. - Each equipment s
8、hall bear a serial number in accord- ance with the requirements of MIL-M-13231. 3 3 Interchangeability . - Like units, assemblies, subassemblies and replace- able parts shall conform to requirement 7 of MIL-STD-454. (See 4.
10、10.1.2) 3.6 . 1.3 Weight . - The weight of the receiver without batteries shall not exceed 6 pouna-ee 4.8.1) 3.6 1 .4 Battery Life . - The receiver shal I be capable of operation for 12 hoursat OF without changing batteries. The data at OF shall be within f 30% of the pre-environmental data. (See 4.
11、9) 3.6.2 Case, Simulated Receiver CY-7350/T. - 3.6.2.1 Weight. - When fully loaded with all antennae and miscellaneous components and six receivers (i .e . , a complete Receiver Group OR-1 14/T as per DLSM-B-748237) the case shall not exceed 105 pounds. (See 4.8.2) I_ 3.7 Environmental. - The Receiv
12、er, Simulated Radiac R-l855/T shall meet the performance requirements specified below under any combinations of these service conditions, 3.7.1 Tempetuture, - 3.7.1,l Low Temperature. - The receiver shall be subjected to the low tempera- ture extremes of O rt: 2.5F operating and -60 f 2.5F storage a
13、nd shall meet the require- ments of 3.6.1.2 when tested in accordance with 4.12.3.1 . 3.7.1.2 High Temperature. - The receiver shall be subjected to the high temperature extremes of 125 f 2.5F operating and 160 f 2.5F storage and shall meet the requirements of 3.6.1.2 when tested in accordance with
14、4.12.3.2. 3.7.2 Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Characteristics. - The receiver shall meet the requirements of MIL-STD-461, for Methods CE06, RE02 and RS03 except as modified in Table 1 : (See 4.123) Table 1 Deviation from MIL-STD-461 . - CE06 RE02 RS03 Narrowband: 30 dBuV Narrowband 1 Volt/Meter

Method RS03 is acceptable at a minimum thres- hold level of .O1 volts per meter. 3.7.3 Altitude (Elevation), - The receiver shall meet the performance requirements of 3.6.1.2
17、before, durmg and after tesfing as specified in 4.12.1. 3.7.4 Vibration. - The receiver shall meet the performance requirements of 3.6.1.2 both befored after testing as specified in 4.i2.4. 3.7.5 Leakage (immeaion) . - 3.7.5.1 immersion, receiver, - The receiver shall show,no evidence of leakage aft
18、er being tested as Specified in 4.12.2.1. 3.7.5.2 immersion, case. - The case shall show no evidence of eakage after being tested as specified in 4.12.2.2. 3.7.6 Dust. - After testing as specified in 4.12.6 the receiver shall meet the - performance requirements of 3.6 . 1.2. 3.7.7 Humidity. - During
19、 and after testing as specified in 4.12.7 the receiver shall meet the performance requirements of 3.6,1.2. 3.7.8 Salt fog. -After testing as specified in 4.12.8 the receiver shall meet the performance requirements of 3.6.1.2. 3.7.9 Fungus. - Upon completion of the test, there shall be no deteriorati
20、on, corrosion or changen configuration that will prevent the maintenance or operation of the receiver. (See 4.12.9) 3.7. 10 Shock, Drop. - After testing as specified in 4.12.10 the receiver shal I meet the performance requirements of 3.6.1.2. 3.8 Burn-in. - Each receiver shall be capable of meeting
21、the perfomnce requirements specified herein fter being subjected to the specified burn-in cycle of 4.11. 3.9 Workmanship. - The Receiver Group, Simulated?Radiac OR-l14/T shall be manufactured and assembled in accordance with requirement 9 of MIL-STD-454. 5 Copyright Communications - Electronics Comm

QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4,1 Responsibility for Inspection. - Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the contractor is respon
23、sible for the performance of all inspection requirements as specified herein . Except as otherwise specified in the contract or order, the contractor may utilize his own facilities, facilities of a subcontractor or any commercial laboratory acceptab le to the government . The government reserves the
24、 right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure that the supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements. 4,2 Classification of Inspections. - Inspections shall be classified as follows: a, First article inspectio
