49、3.1.1.5.2 Variable speed drive unit.- A variable speed drive unit (item 49, figure 2) shall be provided on all types of presses and shall have a 30 to 1 speed ratio with vernier control for regulating the speed of the rollers. 3.1.1.5.3 Speed indicator.? The speed indicator (item 6, figure 11) shall have a O-40,000 scale to indicate the press A speed in impressions per hour. 3.1.1.5.4 Sheet counter.- The sheet counter (item 4, figure il) shall have
