PAGE 1 2.1 Delete “KK-L-311 - Leather; Methods of Sampling and Testing.“ Add the following: “STANDARDS FEDERAL FED-STD-311 - Leather; Piethods of Sainpling and Testing.“ Delete in entirety. PAGE 2 3.5.1, line 3. Delete “KK-L-311“ and substitute “FEWSTD-311“. 3.5.2, line
