REQUIREMENTS 3. 1 Fabrication, The Battery Power Supply PP-.6607( )/VVG-1, herein referred to as the unit, shall be manufactured in accordance with Drawing F11738841 and drawings pertaining thereto. 31 2 Ge
6、neral specification. The unit shall meet the following requirements, where applicabLe, of MIL-F- 13926: a. Order of precedence b, Dimensions and tolerances c. Inorganic protective surface finishes d. Electricai and electronic assemblies e. Part identification and marking f. Workmanship 3.2.1 Solderi
7、ng. Soldering shalt be in accordance with MIL-S-45743 or MIL-S-46844, except that bare copper wire exposure shall be permitted at clipped ends of component leads. 3. 3 Performance Unless otherwise specified, the unit shall meet the performance requirements of this specification at standard ambient t
8、emperatures between 60 degrees Fahrenheit (OF) and 90F. 3. 3.1 Loads, power, signals, and interconnections, The unit shall perform as specified herein when the loads , interconnections , power,and signals of table I are applied as specified. 3.3.1. 1 System turn-on without tank power. With no extern
9、al signal or power sources apptied, the voltage at J1-K shall be within 3 Volts direct current (Vdc) of the voltage at J1-b. 3. 3.1.2 Battery supplied Q- switch power. or power sources applied, and with item 1.2 of table I connected as specified, the voltage at J1 -P shall be within 2. O Vdc of the
10、voltage at J1 -b. With no external signal 3, 3.1, 3 Q-switch voltage supplied by tank power. With the signal source (item 3.1 ) of table I amlied to J1 -E and set to t38. O I1 O Vdc and with item 1 2 of table I conne-&ed, the output at J1 -P shall be t37. O il, 5 Vdc. 3.3.1.4 Tank supplied primary p

With the signal source (item 3. 1) of table I applied to J1 -E and set to +24. O f2. O Vdc, the current flowing to the battery positive terminal s
17、hall be 200 I60 mAdc. 3.3.1. 7 Malfunction 1 signal. With the signal source (item 3. i) of table I set to t24. O f2. O Vdc and applied to and removed from J1 -E, the outputs at J1 -U shall be t5. 18、Thermal switch (Sl). With the signal source (item 3. 1) of table I applied to J1 -E and set to 3-24. O f2. O Vdc and the thermal switch (S1) cooled to a temperature below -35OF, the output at J1 -U and J1 -a shall be to. 2 *O. 2 Vdc. 3. 3.1. 9 Thermal switch (S2). With the signal source (item 3.1) o

O Vdc, with switch A2S1 depressed, with the load (item 1.2) of table I disconnected, and with the thermal switch (S2) cooled to a temperature below -lOF, the voltage at J1-b shall be t36. O +3. 22、rrent source (item 3.2) of table I applied to J1 -Z and set for 200 f20 mA dc, with J1 -X disconnected from J1 -M, and with no other signal or power source applied, the current flowing to the batterys positive terminal shall be 200 f30 mAdc. With the thermal- switch (S3) cooled to a temperature belo

The unit shall meet the
24、 require- ments of 3.3.1 at ambient temperature after exposure to and thermal stabilization at -80 F and t1 60 F. 3.3.2.2 Operating temperatures. The unit shall meet the require- ments of 3. 3.1, except 3. 3.1.6, 3. 3.1. 9, and 3. 3.1. 12, while exposed to and thermally stabilized at -40F, and shall
