2、cteristics. t. 1. Co mponents. The filling compound shall consist of two separately packaged components (component “A” and W). One component shall be the prepolymer (isocyanate) portion of the compound, and the other compound shall be the catalyst (polyol). a. Compatibility: Components shall have a
3、batch to batch compatibility. b. Chemical specifications: The prepolymer (isocyanate) and the catalyst (polyol) components shall have the following chemical specifications. (1) Prepolvmer component. Prepolymer (isocyanate) component tested per ASTM Specifica- tion 1638. %NCO 3.50 Brooksfield viscosi

The tensile strength shall be 200 psi minimum when tested in accordance with ASTM D412. c. Elonaation. Ultimate elongation shall be 300 percent minimum when tested in
8、 accordance with ASTM D412. d. Tear strenath. The tear strength shall be 50 Ibs per linear inch minimum when tested in accordance with ASTM 0624 Die “C” Method. e. Rebound.
