SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS 1.1 Design a

The candlelighter and snuffer shall be fabricated of commercial brass with a chromium plate finish. length of the candlelighter and snuffer shall measure approximately 36 inches including the handle. The handle shall be fabricated of hard maple, stained a dark mahogany and coated wi

3、th a clear organic finish. The candlelighter shall be designed to accommodate one candle taper measuring 16-18 inches long. The contractor shall certify that the product offered meets the salient characteristics of this description and conforms to the producers own d

9、cked in a snug-fitting fiberboard shipping container conforming to style RSC, type CF, (variety SW) or SF, class domestic, grade 275 of PPP-B-636, The shipping container shall be completely filled with no voids, and of a size that can be palletized in accordance with the appendix of PPP-B-636. 3.3 P

10、alletization. When specif ied (see 4.2) candlelighters and snuffers, packed as specified, shall be palletized on a 4-way entry pallet in accordance with load type la of MIL-STD-147. Each prepared load shall be bonded by means K and L or O or P in accordance with MIL-STD-147. 3.4 Marking. purchase or

11、der, unit packs, shipping containers and unitized pallet loads shall be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129.
